Compliance:

Lodisna, S.L. (hereinafter “LODISNA”) has a responsibility to carry out its activities as a company in the national and international road transport sector in a lawful and ethical manner. Building trust through the way we work gives confidence to all our stakeholders.

At LODISNA we are committed to regulatory compliance and we foster an ethical business culture at every level of the organisation.

Our compliance system provides a clear framework for our decisions and actions. It is based on our Code of Ethics and Conduct. All our employees are committed to the principles it sets out and to contributing to the fulfilment of our corporate responsibility.

1. Código Ético y de Conducta

Our Code of Ethics and Conduct sets out our commitment to upholding high ethical standards. It applies to every employee across our organisation.

Everyone in our organisation has a responsibility to live up to this framework in their daily work. Our Code sets out the principles and basic rules that must guide the professional, ethical and responsible conduct of all of us who are part of LODISNA. We consider it hugely important to achieve the results and objectives we set, but the way in which we achieve them is equally essential.

This code is the starting point for the Organisation's ethics and compliance model and is intended to guide:

  • Relations between employees, and between the organisation and its employees.
  • Employees' dealings with customers, suppliers and external partners
  • Relations with public and private institutions and with society at large.
  • Relations with competitors in the market.

2. Crime Prevention Policy

At LODISNA we state in the strongest terms our opposition to the commission of any unlawful act and/or of any offence within our organisation. Our commitment is to guarantee a culture of compliance with all regulations and to maintain an ethical corporate culture in line with our crime prevention policy.

3. Code of Conduct for our suppliers

LODISNA is committed to conducting its activities in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. We treat others with fairness, respect and integrity.

We expect our suppliers to act in the same way. Our Supplier Code of Conduct is designed to establish a shared understanding of how business should be done.

We are committed and resolute in working only with third parties that adopt standards of conduct similar to our own. Our suppliers play a fundamental role in our value chain and we therefore encourage and expect them to meet minimum standards of ethical and responsible behaviour, as set out in our Code of Conduct for Suppliers.

4. Canal de denuncias

Building a culture of compliance also means building a culture of trust. We rely on our employees – and on third parties as well – to raise any concerns they may have. We urge them to tell us about any doubt or suspicion they may have regarding conduct that does not comply with our Code of Ethics and Conduct or with applicable laws and regulations.

LODISNA provides its employees, suppliers, customers and partners with an Internal Reporting System that meets the demanding requirements set out in Spanish Law 2/2023 of 20 February, governing the protection of persons who report regulatory breaches and the fight against corruption, so that they can report any irregularity relating to the Code of Conduct, any criminal offence and any serious or very serious administrative breach. The whistleblowing channel is managed by our Compliance Officer and may be accessed aquí. Our channel allows reports to be submitted anonymously and, in all cases, in complete confidence, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
