Lodisna, a renowned Spanish logistics operator specialising in international full truckload road transport, integrated logistics and distribution, has acquired the companies Andotrans, Navajas and Transportes Pibejo as part of its strategic development plan, which is based on service diversification, operational internationalisation and sustainable growth, through which it aims to triple in size by 2030 and reach a turnover of 150 million euros.

Following these three acquisitions, Lodisna increases its workforce to a total of 800 people, adds a total of 400 company-owned Euro 6 trucks and 700 company-owned semi-trailers, and has more than 40,000 m2 of storage space. The companies: profile and track record. Transportes Pibejo: founded in 1995 in Madrid, it is a logistics company providing national goods transport in both refrigerated and ambient conditions. Andotrans: founded in 2007 in Navarra, it operates in national and international transport and also provides goods storage services. Navajas: founded in La Rioja and with 70 years of history behind it, it specialises in national transport and logistics for the food sector, also offering goods warehousing services. The Lodisna Group is now a significant player in the mobility market, committed to intelligent, new and sustainable turnkey solutions. It is focused on human sustainability, generating quality employment, and on business sustainability, while also making a firm commitment to the energy transition in the sector. In recent years it has launched new business units such as its logistics operator division and its 100% sustainable last-mile service; it has opened subsidiaries abroad, adding Morocco in 2023 to its subsidiaries in France and Spain; and it has driven the energy transition in the sector through the use of electric trucks and biofuels, in which it pioneered the largest HV100 supply agreement in Europe together with the energy company bp.
