Which one you are on is decided by the site, not by haggling. Every plan is per site, per month, and you can stop any month. There is no setup fee: the health check is free, and any repair the site needs first is quoted separately, once, before a monthly fee starts.
Essential
A brochure or WordPress site up to about ten pages, no checkout. It needs to stay up, stay safe, and change a few times a month.

Business
A site the business actually runs on - up to about thirty pages, enquiry forms, bookings or a small catalogue. When it breaks, the phone stops ringing.
PKR 18,000/ month
- Everything in Essential, plus:
- Updates every two weeks, security patches inside 48 hours.
- Daily backups, restore started within 4 working hours - and a real test restore carried out and reported every quarter, so the number above is one you have seen proven.
- Hack response started within 4 working hours, including closing the way in, with a written account of what got through.
- Forms checked fortnightly; broken links swept monthly.
- 3 hours of small changes a month, and page-speed numbers in the report.
Store
WooCommerce or Shopify with cash on delivery, bank transfer or card payments, up to about three hundred products. An hour of broken checkout costs real money.
PKR 35,000/ month
- Everything in Business, plus:
- Weekly updates with the checkout tested after every one - a real test order placed before it goes live.
- Backups every 6 hours. Restore started within 2 hours during working hours and within 8 hours at any other time, seven days a week.
- Hack response on the same clock, any day, with payment and order data checked before the store reopens.
- A weekly end-to-end test order; delivery charges, COD settings and gateway rules checked monthly.
- 8 hours of small changes a month - unused hours roll over once, capped at four - plus a monthly call with the person who knows your store.
Work outside a plan is PKR 4,000 an hour, in half-hour increments, quoted and approved before it starts - never added to an invoice afterwards. Builds are still quoted per project; these prices are for looking after a site that already exists.
How that compares in Pakistan
Checked on Pakistani providers’ own published pages in September 2026. Where a plan hides its price behind a form, it is not listed.
- Magric Solutions publishes PKR 8,000 a month for WordPress maintenance - security patches, plugin updates, daily backups, uptime monitoring and one hour of content changes. That is the closest published plan to our Essential, and the honest comparison is that it costs PKR 1,000 less and does not say what happens if the site is hacked.
- fmeos.pk publishes PKR 9,900 a month for its Basic plan (two support hours, one to three requests a month, nought to five day turnaround), PKR 49,000 for Pro and PKR 193,000 for Premium.
- The cheap end is an annual figure, not a monthly one. GoDaddy’s Pakistan guide and Nexus.pk both put basic maintenance at PKR 12,000–30,000 a year - about PKR 1,000–2,500 a month. At that price nobody is testing an update on a staging copy or restoring a backup for you, and it is worth knowing that before comparing it with anything above.

- Hosting, domains, SSL certificates and paid plugin or theme licences. You buy those, in your name, and we manage them.
- New pages, redesigns and new features. Quoted separately - a maintenance plan keeps what you have working.
- Content writing, photography, SEO campaigns and ads.
- Bulk product data entry beyond the hours included in your plan.
- Recovering a site that had no backups before we started. That is a repair job, quoted first - we will not take a monthly fee and hope.

How much does website maintenance cost in Pakistan?
Ours is PKR 9,000 a month for a brochure site, PKR 18,000 for a site the business runs on, and PKR 35,000 for a store - per site, stop any month, published above rather than hidden behind a form. Across the market, published monthly plans run from about PKR 8,000 to PKR 49,000, while the cheapest "maintenance" offers are annual figures of PKR 12,000 to 30,000 a year - roughly PKR 1,000 to 2,500 a month, which does not buy tested updates or a restored backup.
What does website maintenance actually include?
Updates tested on a staging copy, off-site backups, security and uptime monitoring, SSL renewal, form testing, a monthly speed and health report, and time for small content changes. Anything larger is quoted separately before it is done.
Do you maintain websites you did not build?
Yes. We start with a free health check, fix anything urgent first, and then take over the regular work. If we think the site is beyond sensible maintenance, we will tell you rather than take a monthly fee for it.
How quickly do you respond if the site goes down?
Uptime is monitored, so we usually know before you do. Message us on WhatsApp for anything urgent - that is the fastest route to us, and it is the number on every page of this site.
Are backups really kept somewhere else?
Yes, off the server, and restores are tested. A backup that lives only on the same hosting account is not a backup - it disappears with everything else.
Can I stop the plan later?
Yes, any month. Every account stays in your name, the documentation is yours, and nothing is locked.
