Expressive Minimalism: A Private House with Sculptural Facades. To design a contemporary private house with a distinctive architectural identity. The goal was to move beyond typical minimalist solutions and create an expressive, emotional image with a strong visual character. The project also included a guest house that would integrate seamlessly into the site.

Sculptural White Form
The architecture is based on a combination of minimalism and sculptural expression. The main focus is placed on the entrance group and facade composition, designed to create a strong visual impact. Curved white elements reinterpret the rhythm of classical fluted columns, forming a dynamic facade with a recognizable silhouette. Natural stone emphasizes the solidity of the volume, while brass accents introduce a sense of luxury and depth without overwhelming the composition.
A distinctive private residence with a strong architectural presence and a refined material palette. The project balances clean minimalism with expressive forms, creating a memorable and high-end living environment defined by clarity, contrast, and character.
